At Cypress Primary we offer a range of extended services. These include Breakfast Club, After School Club and Extended Nursery and 2 Year Old (non- funded) Sessions.
All of these services carry an associated cost and payments should be made via the internet payment on the "ParentPay" system or payments be made at local designated shops who display the "Pay Point" sign.
As well as the above services, lunch payments (currently for Junior age children only) must be paid for via ParentPay.
The school also uses the ParentPay system for school trips and swimming lessons.
When families start with us at Cypress we open a ParentPay account for them to make such payments and details of how to access this are given when children actually begin attending.
School funding does not allow for us to hold any debt on accounts for the above services.
Your child's account for any of the above services you may access, in addition to lunch payments, (currently for Junior age children only) must be kept topped up with payments, and accounts kept in credit.
Unfortunately accounts not kept in credit will mean that access to services may be withdrawn, and your child will be unable to access any paid for school services.
Like many local schools, we aim to be a cashless school, which means that we would not routinely take cash payments for paid for services at school.
Please make payments via the ParentPay electronic system. If you have problems at any stage accessing your account/username/password, our office staff would be very happy to assist you.
